Anti-Depression Formula

We’re pleased to grab this opportunity to introduce Project ‘राहगीर’, an initiative against increasing suicide rate in India. An action in training and development of teenagers and youth of the nation basically in the field of social psychology. After presenting ourselves in the national and international conferences including Global Studies Conference, we’re now approaching schools, colleges, educational institutes, NOGs, NPOs, government and nongovernment departments, industries, corporates and all other professional organizations to present our views and to enhance the power of thoughts. We’re conducting workshops, seminars and mental training camps for the cause.

Our objective behind is to prepare the students, youngsters, teenagers and professionals to face the hardships of life and as well as the professional world. To make them believe that they can’t be defeated and they can’t be stopped. This whole concept starts with a news published in The Times of India on 22nd June 2012 titled ‘Suicide rates in India are highest in the 15-29 age group.’

It was a report published in Lancet Medical Journal which thrilled the world about suicidal facts. And it forced us to work on the solutions for this unsaid disaster over the nation. It took us almost two years to prepare this attempt, after a lots of research,

tests and experiments, finally which can help our nation to fight against the increasing suicide rates. This complete research work has been published in international journals like ‘International Journal of Business Management and Leadership’.

There is nothing special but to teach our students what to think and how to think, and our job is done. We need to introduce them to a few psychological contents like ‘Critical Thinking, ‘Self-Deception’, ‘Self-Motivation’ and the secret of ‘Leadership’.

In view of this, we’re approaching each and everyone in the nation and we are requesting them to allow us to conduct a Leadership Seminar the given theme: “The Power of Thoughts” to be facilitated to all the young generation of the nation.

Our workshops are designed by professional trainers and corporate leaders and are based on practical life problems and situations which surely helps the participants to overcome depression and other negative thoughts including anger, frustration, irritation etc.

Here we seek your support and blessings to fight against the unsaid disaster.

In India, one person kills himself every five minute and majority is from age 15 to 29. Youngsters, students, engineers, doctors are committing suicide, why? Mental Pressure? Frustration? Depression? Or what? Think!!

Everyone talks about the bright future of our nation but they all are ignoring the real future of the nation, ‘the youngsters’. In June 2012, BBC said, ‘Suicide rate high among young Indians’, and the entire world started looking for the reasons. We can find thousands of reports saying why people hang ourselves, why they have poison and why they simply kill themselves. This much percent are girls these

much are boys, these much hangs, this much jumps, okay fine, we accept you’re good in statistics but now what’s next? Waiting for new data, to work on new reports? But where are the solutions? We all know that increasing suicide rate is a big problem but if there is a problem there must be a solution.

All these questions hit us the time we read that report in June 2012 because being in India we have seen people killing themselves. We have seen a friend losing his breadth. We had to ask those questions and if there were no answers I had to find the answers, and that’s all what we’re working for.
